Baked Yellowtail Snapper
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs (Seasoned Italian)
- 2 Tbps grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbps grated Romano
- 1/4 Tsp. granulated garlic
- Salt to taste
- PREHEAT oven to 300 degrees and coat baking pan with non-stikc cooking spray
- MIX dry ingredients in a bowl
- BRUSH both sides of Snapper with butter and dredge in mixture
- BAKE for 10 - 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
Ingredients: Catsup (tomato paste, vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, onion powder, natural flavorings) Dijon mustard, Mayonnaise (soybean oil, eggs, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium, disodium edta to protect freshness), Horseradish, pickle relish, Key Lime Juice (key lime concentrate, water, natural flavorings), Worchestershire sauce, Cayenne, Celery Seed, 1/10th of 1% Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate.
