Beer Battered Grouper
- 1 lb. Grouper Filets
- 1 can Beer
- Peanut Oil
- 1 cup Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- CUT Filets into finger strips.
- DIP Grouper fingers into Beer and then roll in Pancake Mix.
- PREHEAT peanut oil to 350 degrees
- FRY for 3-4 minutes.
- SERVE with Florida Bay Tartar Sauce
Ingredients: Mayonnaise (soybeat oil, egg yolk, vinegar, corn syrup, water, salt, spices, EDTA to protect flavor), Sweet Pickle Relish, Key Lime Juice (key lime concentrate, water) High Fructose Corn Syrup, Granulated Onion, Granulated Garlic, Red Pepper and Spices.
